Our artisanal pasta is enhanced by the quality of the semolina, obtained from 100% Italian wheat and by the slow and gradual drying process, done at low temperature.
It is an ancient process, which allows the organoleptic characteristics of the product to be kept unaltered, giving it a full-bodied consistency and the flavor of the past.
Finally, the passage through bronze dies gives our product that unmistakable roughness and porosity which allows the sauce to bind perfectly to it. The tradition of the past is combined with the innovation of the art of pasta making.
